Refund Policy & Turn Around Time

We have a NO REFUND policy due!! If there is a mix-up with your order, we will make sure your issue is taken care of. We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been scanned in with the USPS. 

 

• TAT is 5-14 business days which does not include holidays and weekends. 

• Preorders will have a 2-3 week turnaround time. 

• Customs may have a different time frame as well as preorders. Please be sure to read the drop listing for any changes in turn around time.
