Refund Policy & Turn Around Time

We have a NO REFUND policy due!! If there is a mix-up with your order, we will make sure your issue is taken care of. We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been scanned in with the USPS. 

Website Orders

•  Turnaround Time (TAT): 2–3.5 Weeks
  Our current turnaround time is 2–3.5 weeks, depending on when your order is placed.
•  I place guaranteed supplier orders on the FIRST & THIRD Monday of each month, but I often place additional orders in between as inventory allows.

Items may be ordered at any time, but please keep in mind that your turnaround time will vary depending on where your order falls in relation to my next supplier order.

 VIP Preorders

• If you order an item from the VIP group, the turnaround time (TAT) will be listed on each preorder post, along with the closing date.
• The posted TAT begins once the preorder closes, not on the date you place your order. Please refer to each VIP preorder post for the most accurate turnaround time.
  

 T-Shirt & Denim

•  T-Shirts: 7–10 business days

•  Denim: 7–10 business days

If your order contains items with different turnaround times, the entire order will ship based on the longest TAT unless otherwise discussed.
